Media Panel: Newspaper Technology on the Web

The Press Club luncheon will be held on Wednesday, February 16, 2011, at Generations Restaurant located at 9 State Road in Media, PA. The presentation features a panel of media experts who will be discussing newspaper technology on the web. The panel includes Andy Hachadorian from Daily Local News, Amy Winnemore from Delaware County News Network, Jill Altmann from Delaware County Daily Times, Paul Kotrotsios from The Hellenic News of America, Tara Behan from Main Line Today, and Charlie Maurone of Ridley News.

Menu:
Appetizer:  Pecan Apple Salad - mesclun greens with tomatoes, green apples, and crushed candied pecans drizzled in our own balsamic vinaigrette

Entree:  Rosemary Chicken - grilled marinated chicken breast served with a lemon basil herb sauce accompanied by Chef's garlic smashed potatoes and a vegetable medley

Vegetarian Option:  Prima Penne - penne pasta tossed is a roasted garlic aioli and seasonal fresh garden vegetables

Dessert:  Cherry Topped Cheesecake

Beverages:  Iced Tea, Coffee, Hot Tea
