End-of-Season Luncheon with Author Bruce Mowday

The Press Club celebrates the conclusion of a successful season with an End-of-Season Luncheon at La Locanda in Newtown Square on Tuesday, May 13, 2025, at noon. The guest speaker is author and journalist Bruce Mowday.

Also joining us is Jeromie Hunter of Cape May Aerial Ads, whose company has brought a fresh look to advertising along New Jersey’s Atlantic shores and throughout the Tri-State area with aerial drone shows.

The end-of-season event will also include a brief overview of the Club’s 2024-2025 season; announcement and introduction of the four recipients of the Club’s endowed scholarships at Penn State University, Temple University, and Delaware County Community College; and presentation of the Barbara Ormsby Award for Communications Excellence. The annual award rotates among local colleges and universities which offer Communications studies majors and where permanent endowments established in honor of past Press Club members do not exist.
