About the Event
Tamme McClelland will give us the scoop on the 2023 Media Film Festival and tell us about the programs, exhibits, and classes taking place at MAC’s new home at 11 E. State Street, Media, Pa.
We’ll enjoy light fare and drinks from 5 – 6 p.m. then a program of short films from the multi-award-winning team of filmmakers at Red Flight Pictures including “Parrot” by local director Kyle B. Thompson. Inspired by true events, “Parrot” is about a drag queen who protects a child during a crisis as prejudices reach a breaking point. Thompson and some of the cast and crew will hold a Q & A after the screening.
All Press Club events are open to the public.
